Dear friends and family,
Well I finally get a chance to sit down and write you a note of thanks on behalf the Grundartangakór (Grundartanga Choir) and myself. The group had a fantastic time. They mentioned to me often that each day in North America just kept getting better and better. They did not believe the reception that they received at each stop. The tour would not have been as successful without the great help of all of you.
I am back at Menntaskola við Hamrahlíð (Hamrahlid Junior College) and have taken a new position in the the computer department. I hope to do some travelling around Iceland in my spare time, which I have very little right now.
I invite you to be in contact with me if you are thinking of a trip to Iceland, Cuba, Europe or beyond. I was able to complete tour guide school in May 2005. Now instead of just being a professional tourist I am now a professional tour guide.
There is nothing as yet set for next summer but I hope to start organizing some tours soon and I hope I can count on your continued support.
